Order Processing and Handling
We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 days, but all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number and information.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout before you pay. Due to providing you with the best products at the BEST price, shipping typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks, though import and customs delays to certain destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Mystique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status at anytime. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@maisonmystiqueshop.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders
We know that sometimes things don't go as planned! If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@maisonmystiqueshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us NO LATER THAN 14 days after the receipt of your order at help@maisonmystiqueshop.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s) and we will begin the refund or replacement process with you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because we do our best to accurately represent our products with extensive photos and measurements in their descriptions, we only issue refunds and exchanges for lost, damaged or stolen products. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us NO LATER THAN 14 days after the receipt of your order.
